Terms of Service

1. The service

CoresPro is a professional services management platform covering proposals, estimates, scheduling, project delivery, time and expense, and reporting. Access is provided under a subscription agreement between CoresPro and your organization.

2. Accounts and access

Accounts are provisioned by your organization. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Access levels are controlled by roles assigned by your organization.

3. Your data

Your organization owns the data it enters into CoresPro. We process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your data is stored in an isolated schema dedicated to your organization.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to access data belonging to another organization, probe or test the security of the platform without written authorization, or interfere with the operation of the service.

5. Availability and support

We operate the service on managed cloud infrastructure with continuous monitoring. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical. Support is available at info@corespro.com.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to your organization before they take effect.
