Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account information (name, business email, role) provided by your organization when your account is created.
• Business data your organization enters into the platform: proposals, estimates, projects, time and expense records, and related content.
• Operational data such as audit logs of changes, sign-in events, and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use it

We use this information solely to provide, secure, and improve the service for your organization. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your business data for advertising.

3. Where it lives

Data is hosted on Google Cloud (United States), encrypted in transit and at rest. Each organization's data is kept in its own isolated database schema.

4. Who can see it

Access within your organization is controlled by the roles your administrators assign. Within CoresPro, access to production systems is restricted, logged, and covered by our SOC 2 controls. We share data with subprocessors (such as our cloud hosting providers) only as needed to operate the service.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain your organization's data for as long as the subscription is active. On termination, data is deleted or returned per the subscription agreement.
